Final sale, fixed or refunded

Every sale is final once the template is delivered. If a template does not work as described, we fix it, and if we cannot within 14 days of your report, you get the whole payment back.

Why sales are final

A template is delivered the moment you pay: the full source goes to your GitHub account (or to a download link), and code that has been handed over cannot be taken back. So please judge a template from its screens and preview video before you buy, and write to us with any question first.

If you buy from the European Union or the United Kingdom, at checkout you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts.

If a template does not work as described

Write to hello@cardzo.co.in from the email address you bought with. Say which template or pass it is, what goes wrong and how to see it. A bug in a template is ours to fix, and the fix reaches you (and every other buyer) through the same repository.

If we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report, we refund the whole payment through Stripe, our payment provider, to the card you paid with. Stripe emails you a confirmation; how long the money takes to show depends on your bank, usually five to ten business days.

When a refund is issued, your GitHub account is removed from the template's private repository (or the pending invitation is withdrawn), any download link we sent stops working, and with it goes the licence to build new sites from that template. For the all-access pass this applies to every template repository.

The yearly pass

The yearly all-access pass can be cancelled at any time: write to hello@cardzo.co.in and it stops renewing. Access ends when the paid year runs out.
