Urban gym template.

The page is a whitewashed railway arch: stencilled headlines, one sprayed tag, a paste-up poster, stickers and gaffer tape, a black rubber floor for the bar loader, a chalkboard of personal bests and a drawn map of the viaduct. The 3D moment
The spray pass: a paste-up poster and stickers go on, then ARCH 9 is sprayed across the whitewashed wall in three rough-edged passes and the drips run; plus Load the bar, where plates spring onto both sleeves and the sprayed total counts up.
