Kell & Daughters
A Victorian gin distillery template.
A site for a small gin distillery under a railway arch, set like a printer's playbill and a scientific engraving plate: cream paper, soot black, bottle green, flat copper and a faded stamp red; Ultra, a fat slab wood-type, stacked in mixed sizes with Old Standard TT for reading and spaced capitals for labels; thin rules and double rules, corner pieces, "Fig." and "Plate" numbering, italic captions under every image, hatched line engraving. Day (cream) and night (bottle green) themes. Kell & Daughters is an invented sample distillery; every gin, price, batch, time and address is sample content.

The 3D moment
The run: pinned while you scroll, the engraved still in section is lit; the fire grows, the wash bubbles, the thermometer climbs from 20 to 96 degrees, copper vapour travels up the swan neck and down the worm, and the heads, hearts and tails fill three receivers as each cut is made.
