Hollow Moon
A Surreal design template for an art gallery.
A site for a small contemporary art gallery, in a calm, uncanny Surreal style: ordinary things in impossible places (a door standing in the sea, a staircase into a cloud, a chair on a ceiling), big light serif type, tiny museum labels and long empty space. The gallery, the artist Ines Varga and every work are fictional sample content.

The 3D moment
A door stands far out in a still sea; it swings open, its light comes on and spreads over the water (three.js over a graded photograph), dusk in light theme and night in dark.
What you get
Straight from the template's README, the same file you will find in the repository.
- Home (
index.html): full-bleed hero with the live door in the sea, the exhibition statement and hours, an uneven hang of six works with museum captions, a full-bleed scene with a line from the artist, coming exhibitions, visit (hours, address, drawn map, booking dialog), membership and a newsletter field. - Exhibition (
exhibition.html): one room per painting with its note, year, medium and size. - 404 (
404.html): "This room is upside down". - Light and dark: the hero itself changes, dusk in light and night in dark, and the page follows.

Every page below is designed and built, in both themes, at phone, tablet and desktop sizes.
